We hope you enjoyed a wonderful summer filled with fun, rest, and special memories. As we begin this new school year, we are excited to welcome everyone back and to introduce our new school values: Safety, Commitment, and Aspirations. These values will guide everything we do, helping us to create the best possible learning environment for every child.

When you arrived back at school today, you may have already noticed some of the exciting changes that have taken place over the summer holidays. Our newly decorated main hall has truly wowed everyone who has seen it, and our brand-new, much bigger library is now filled with even more books and imaginative displays, along with our new reading scheme to support and inspire young readers. We are also delighted to open our new dedicated Music Room, which now stands proudly where our old Nursery used to be, providing children with fresh opportunities to explore and enjoy music.

Even outside, you will have spotted the colourful bunting that now adorns both the drive and the junior playground. Together with the freshly planted hanging baskets and planters, these bright touches add a cheerful splash of colour to our school grounds. As we head into this academic year, we remain committed to enhancing and renewing our school—an aspiration we all share. I would like to offer my sincere thanks to both our staff, community and JLR who made all of this possible. Thank you!

This year also promises to be full of exciting opportunities. From creative arts and sports to inspiring educational visits, there will be something for everyone to enjoy and learn from. With Safety at the heart of our school, we will ensure that children feel secure and cared for as they explore new challenges. Through Commitment, we will encourage everyone to give their best effort, persevere with their learning, and support one another. And with Aspirations, we will inspire our children to dream big, set goals, and believe in what they can achieve.

We are so looking forward to seeing the progress our children will make this year. Each new term brings fresh opportunities for growth, and we are dedicated to helping every child reach important milestones and celebrate their successes along the way.
